A few unique experiences we can offer at Wyken Vineyards…

Private vineyard tours and guided tastings, followed by relaxed sharing boards of estate-reared charcuterie and local cheeses.

Wildlife safaris, followed by sundowner drinks overlooking the lake.

Open-fire dining in ancient woodland, using ingredients sourced exclusively from the farm.

A full estate experience combining a vineyard tour with drinks in the gardens, before an evening meal in the restaurant.

These are just ideas, but each event is individually created in collaboration with you, to ensure it is individual and reflects your exact requirements.

FOOD & DRINKS


Rooted in seasonality, our events celebrate the best of the estate’s own produce.

Much of the food is sourced directly from Wyken, including estate-reared venison, hogget and pork, alongside freshly harvested vegetables from the kitchen garden. Award-winning English wines, produced on site, can also be served throughout your celebration.

Menus can be tailored to your event, with the option of creating bespoke dining experiences.

  • Capacity varies depending on the style and format of your event, with both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations able to be accommodated within the barn and surrounding grounds. The barn can cater for up to 120 guests, and the garden up to 300.

  • Yes, there is the opportunity to pitch a marquee in the meadow, or across selected outdoor spaces throughout the estate, depending on the season and style of event. We also welcome parties in the award winning gardens.

  • There is ample free on-site parking is available for guests

  • Yes, Wyken’s food offering is rooted in seasonality and estate-grown produce, including meat reared on the estate, vegetables from the kitchen garden and award-winning wines produced on site. Catering options can be discussed as part of your event planning. For weddings using a marquee in the wildflower meadow, we are also happy to work with outside specialist caterers, and have a list we know and believe in.

  • Wyken Vineyards hosts events throughout the year, with each season offering a distinct atmosphere - from summer celebrations overlooking the vines to intimate winter gatherings within the barn.

  • We are not currently licenced, but this is something we are actively exploring.

  • There are a number of accommodation options located close to Wyken. We would recommend The Temple on Euston Estate, or The Courtyard at Stowlangtoft Estate.

  • Yes, exclusive use of the venue is available. Pricing for this depending on the nature and timing of your event. For example, a Thursday evening (when we are not usually open) is less than a Saturday evening.

  • We would be happy to provide recommendations for trusted local suppliers including florists, photographers, stylists and accommodation providers.

  • For weddings and larger events, early booking is recommended, particularly for spring and summer dates.
