Leaping Hare Country Store

Most of us have strayed from the philosophy of William Morris who believed we should not own anything which is not 'useful or that we believe to be beautiful.’ These days we all yearn for ‘less but better’, ’not made in China’ and ‘made to last.’  

From the beginning the Country Store at Wyken has sought to combine the useful with the beautiful, from Irish and Scottish woollens, artisan pottery, English candles, good books, and, naturally,  wines from our vineyard, our own Good Dog Ale, and now our Wyken Bacchus Gin.
